Early post in this thread says 6:45 - that is way after dark.

I plan on being there 5:30-5:45 and RTR shortly there after. That gets us on trail at dark.

If anyone is planning on being late PM me and I will send my cell number - or you can find it on any number of GATR threads here.

Don't forget to bundle up... it is getting cold out there. Especially after the sun goes down.

Excellent turnout - we had 12 in our group that went out. When we met up with the 2nd wave later I think they had 5. So a total of 17 is what I think we had? And temps wise it was a perfect fall night ride thru the woods! IMHO

Yes it was. Clay and Krista...did I leave my fleece jacket at your place?
Can we all agree on one time for the next night ride? I will never be able to make it there before 7 on a Friday night. The next ride is a Trib so I'm not concerned if you are all off frolicking in the woods early.

Yes, we have it. It was in the basement. Come by anytime after tomorrow morning and I should be home for about a week recovering.

Dano, I agree with you comment regarding start time. In the summer (when we really didnt NEED night rides but wanted them) we started later in order to not be too tired (read as we are old) before it actually got dark. But in the winter its nice to get everything mounted and checked out while there is still SOME daylight. So typically in years past we started the winter rides a little earlier.

Next months ride is at Trib (Friday Dec 4th I think) and I would again say, that wave one should be there around 5:30 and ready to roll by 6:00. We can swing back to meet a 2nd later wave or meet out on trail?

But that is just my opinion and am willing to go with what the majority prefers.
